Although my children, with their grubby little fingers, like the book as much as I do, and are as adept at getting lost in the illustrations, and perhaps even better at picking out its perfect details, at noticing things. It’s a gorgeously illustrated picture book about yearning, desire, and storytelling, with beautiful intricate die cuts that make it a book that might be better be kept up on a hight shelf, and perhaps best suited for grown-up picture book lovers.
INKDROP REVIEW SKIN
If you have good skin to begin with, with no major skin flaws to cover, this BB cream is something you would really love. The Story of Snowflake and Inkdrop is written by Pierdomenico Baccalario and Alessandro Gatti, illustrated by Simona Mulazzani, and translated from Italian by Brenda Porster. I must say that this BB cream would definitely work on those who has normal to dry skin and to those who wants natural-looking coverage. It doesn’t smear or form nasty white marks, but it definitely wears out in a way that the sheer coverage it offers really fades.įor me, it’s a BB that offers a really nice finish, but I had to do an extra step of mixing it with another foundation that offers fuller coverage for it to work on me. Though despite its semi-matte finish, it only lasts for around 3 hours max on my oily skin on a hot, humid Philippine weather. The description says it offers a dewy, glossy finish but on my skin, it has a semi-matte finish (I apply it with a buffing brush or sponge). As for the rest of my acne scars (the kinda major ones), I still had to use a separate concealer for it to be fully covered. The Ink BB definitely evens out my skin tone by covering these minor discolorations and my dark circles. On my face: I have a combination of slight discolorations and deep-pitted scars due to my past acne breakouts. On the other hand, my mole is still very much obvious. I blended it out to fully cover both marks and as you can see, the minor scar is almost invisible. I have a minor scar which is slightly discolored and a mole beside it. Don’t forget to shake well before using it! Ut has a watery consistency which reminds me of my all-time favorite The Face Shop Waterproof BB cream. Well, the reason for its fine, pointed tip is because the BB itself is very runny. I literally thought that it comes with a dropper! haha~ i was expecting that it’s somehow like an ampoule foundation but it turns out to be the typical squeeze bottle with a pointed tip dispenser.

The site says that it’s only available in two shades, I had to settle for the lighter one because the other shade seems to be a bit orange to me. Improve skin elasticity with its Hyaluronic Acid and Tea Tree Oil content.
